Founder & Medical Director
Christian Lé, MD
Internal Medicine & Pediatric Acute Care, Cannabinoid & Psychotropic Clinical Sciences
Christian is a former board-certified physician and healthcare entrepreneur with over 25 years in critical care, emergency medicine, and executive leadership. He excels at integrating clinical innovation with operational efficiency. He has served as medical director for hospital systems in Florida, California, and Oregon, overseeing physician recruitment, strategy, contracts, and performance in resource-limited settings. In 2011, he founded Green Earth Medicine Clinics, growing it to eight locations across Oregon and Washington. The practice gained statewide recognition for evidence-based medical cannabis consultations, supported by a database of over 12,000 patients. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he pivoted to a fully integrated telehealth model. In 2019, anticipating regulatory changes, he launched psy.chedelic health services—positioning the clinic as a leader in Oregon's 2024 legalization. He launched Lotus Mind Medicine, Inc. (FL) in 2025 and the organization's Psychotropic Therapies Program now offers education, guided self-dosing, and supervised psychotropic treatments in legally compliant zones. Christian remains dedicated to developing clinically validated, scalable therapies that integrates all paths of healing and delivered in modern and evidenced-based strategies.
He was born in 1970 in Saigon, Vietnam during that War and his family emigrated in 1976 through France and then settled in 1979 in Florida where he grew up and obtained his education and medical training that the University of Miami School of Medicine. He obtained dual training and Board Certifications in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics - Subspecializing in Acute Care Medicine and Healthcare Administration.

As a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, and holder of a Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University—a pioneering institution in contemplative and consciousness studies—I bring a grounded, holistic approach to psychotropic wellness. My 20+ years of ceremonial experience have taught me the sacred power of plant medicines and altered states to unlock pathways to optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I've witnessed countless lives shift in beautiful, unexpected ways—old patterns dissolve, deeper self-compassion emerge, and authentic purpose take root. Damian is a clinician, researcher, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience working with Ibo medicine and other plant-based interventions for addiction, trauma, and behavior change. He holds an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with a focus on drug design and the therapeutic application of psychoactive compounds, and a BS in Psychology from Portland State University with training in neuroscience and pharmacology. Damian is a certified alcohol and drug counselor in Oregon and is trained in biofeedback and mindfulness-based interventions, which he integrates alongside pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches when working with clients. His work combines rigorous scientific grounding with extensive field experience across diverse cultural and clinical contexts, informed by lived experience, military service, and a long-standing commitment to ethical, person centered and service-oriented care.

Stacy Darby, LAc

Stacy is a licensed acupuncturist and somatic medicine practitioner with over 20 years of experience in integrative healing, trauma-informed care, and consciousness-based therapeutic modalities. Her work bridges East Asian medicine, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and ceremonial plant medicine facilitation, with a particular focus on iboga/Ibo medicine-supported detoxification and psycho-spiritual transformation. Since 2016, Stacy has worked extensively with iboga and Ibo medicine, supporting individuals through substance detoxification, trauma resolution, and long-term recovery processes. Her approach emphasizes safety, nervous system regulation, and embodied integration, informed by advanced training in acupuncture, biodynamic massage, craniosacral therapy, and energy-based modalities. Stacy holds a Master's degree in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine and has completed advanced mentorships and teaching assistant roles and continues to facilitate biodynamic craniosacral programs. She has trained internationally, including extended plant dieta and facilitation studies within the Shipibo lineage in the Peruvian Amazon. Grounded in a philosophy that healing emerges from the integration of mind, body, and spirit, Stacy brings a rare combination of clinical discipline, ceremonial experience, and compassionate leadership. Her work is driven by a mission to responsibly expand access to transformative healing technologies while honoring safety, ethics, and human dignity.

Our Psychotropic Therapy Integration Team is composed of a hand-picked therapists who have extensive psychotropic integration experiences. They support clients at every stage of their retreat experience, offering grounded, compassionate care before, during, and after psychotropic treatment. This trusted network of psychotropically trained and experienced counselors helps clients prepare with clear intention, feel supported and safe throughout their journey, and meaningfully integrate insights afterward into daily life. By combining professional counseling expertise with deep respect for the therapeutic potential of psychotropic experiences, our integration team ensures that each retreat is not just a powerful moment, but a lasting catalyst for healing, growth, and positive change.
